Executive board

As Executive board Markus Winter as Chief Technology Officer and Alexander Hochauer as Chief Financial Officer manage the Windkraft Simonsfeld AG company.

Together they set the strategic direction and manage the operational business of the company. The Executive Board is appointed by the Supervisory Board and is personally responsible to it.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Windkraft Simonsfeld AG, as the controlling body of the company, consists of four elected and three delegated members. Two members of the Supervisory Board are delegated by

the company founder Martin Steininger and one member by Windimpuls GmbH - as the former general partner of Windkraft Simonsfeld GmbH & Co KG. These can be recalled and replaced at any time by their appointors.
