Windkraft Simonsfeld honored for family friendliness

Windkraft Simonsfeld AG has been recognized as one of the three most family-friendly large companies in Lower Austria. The award ceremony for the Lower Austrian state competition "Family-friendly company" was recently held in St. Pölten.

In August last year, the starting signal was once again given for the "Family-friendly company" competition organized by the state of Lower Austria and the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce, which is a firmly anchored initiative in the Lower Austrian family region. The award ceremony for the winning companies was held in St. Pölten by Christiane Teschl-Hofmeister, Provincial Councillor for Family Affairs, and Wolfgang Ecker, President of the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

Windkraft Simonsfeld AG was awarded third place in the large companies category and was able to impress in the following areas: forms of employment, working time models, parental leave and re-entry, further training opportunities, family-friendly measures, information policy and corporate culture.
