Code Of Conduct

We take great care to ensure we uphold fundamental ethical and legal values. To leave no stone unturned, we have established and launched a Code of Conduct for our employees. The Windkraft Simonsfeld Code of Conduct covers topics such as corruption, non-cash benefits and highlights our zero-tolerance policy towards malpractice when it comes to human dignity. Several departments and employees from all

levels of the company worked together to write the code. In 2020, a specially trained compliance team was set up to ensure the requirements are upheld and the Code of Conduct is implemented throughout the company. Our employees are therefore aware that all unethical business practices must be avoided. By launching our Code of Conduct, we have successfully been able to anchor the topic of compliance within the company.

Supplier management

At Windkraft Simonsfeld, procurement management is driven by the principles of procuring services with a transparent (fair) and non-discriminatory process and prioritising sustainability over maximising profits during the procurement process.

Since 2021, before being contracted, all new suppliers are actively required to uphold all ILO standards, safeguard human dignity along the supply chain, pursue green concepts such as optimised transport routes and to generally advocate innovative partnerships with their customers, namely us.
