We support our employees in their voluntary work for aid organisations. Their commitment forms an indispensable pillar of the social care system in rural areas. Employees who volunteer for emergency rescue services, the fire brigade or disaster response services are given two extra days of holiday to take part in training or active deployment.

We also organise corporate volunteering days several times throughout the year for our team to work on charitable projects during working hours. Previous projects include delivering pallets of food to food banks and a guided excursion for Kolping residents.
